Saavedra Design is a boutique design agency based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect through saavedradesign.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form and email. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, any company or website you list, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- Project communication. If we work together, we keep the emails, files and details you share with us for the project.
This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or tools that follow you across other sites, and our fonts are served from our own site. To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. It records general information such as the pages viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your country.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These server logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To provide the services you ask us for and to send related emails, such as proposals and invoices.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We don’t send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as our website host, Cloudflare (which delivers and protects the site and provides our visit statistics), our email provider and our contact form service (Formspree), which pass your message on to us. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as they’re useful for working with you, and for as long as we need them for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and won’t treat you differently for making a request. California residents have these rights under California privacy law, and we extend them to everyone who contacts us.

Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and archived client sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies when you visit them.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
