Cielo is at the top of her game. She takes pride in taking the user experience to a whole new level, and I have seen this first hand. She is fantastic about the execution of a concept in terms of frames, user flows, and concepts. Cielo is equally engaged when it comes down to how all of this impacts the user experience. I think very highly of Cielo. You would be lucky to have her on your team or reporting to her.
